Gregory L. Clarahan, B. Comm., C.A. Greg is an experienced senior executive who has spent the majority of his career overseeing the growth and development of Visionwall Corporation, a business he co-founded with Donald Holte and Robert Grandbois in 1986. He has been the President and CEO of Visionwall Corporation since its inception. Greg was instrumental in developing and implementing the company's initial business plan as well as in negotiating the licence for the proprietary technology it uses and subsequently purchased. Greg's leadership and considerable management expertise has been essential in overseeing the company's successful development since 1986 from a small start up company to become a recognized leader in the high performance window and curtain wall industry. In particular his financial management expertise has been essential in securing financing in a wide variety of transactions over the past years to fund Visionwall's growth and various stages of development. In addition to the financial and administrative management, and the overall business planning, Greg has been directly responsible for Visionwall's operating functions since December 1993. A graduate with distinction of the business faculty of the University of Alberta, Greg is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Greg's more than 28 years experience includes a senior management position with Ernst &Young, a national firm of chartered accountants.
Randy L. Pederson, B. Comm., M.B.A., C.G.A. Randy is a seasoned executive with more than 28 years experience in progressively senior positions in financial and general business management. Randy joined Visionwall in 1999 as its Controller and was promoted to Vice President Finance and C.F.O. in 2000. Prior to joining Visionwall, Randy spent twelve years as Corporate Controller and then was promoted to Regional Manager for a six year period at a large Edmonton based printing company. Randy is a graduate of the University of Alberta, where he received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree with distinction in 1977 and his Masters of Business Administration in 1987. He obtained his Certified General Accountant designation in 1979.
Roy H. Schmidt Roy has over 26 years of technical design experience, with 18 of those years in the design of window, curtain wall and sky lite systems for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. Roy joined Visionwall in 1989 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility mostly within the engineering department until he was promoted to the position of Engineering Manager in 2003. Roy has a great depth of experience in all aspects of the design of pre-glazed window and unitized curtain wall systems. Prior to joining Visionwall, Roy was a member of the design group of a large Edmonton based mechanical engineering company. |
