VISIONWALL Provides Blast Resistance

The powerful blast from a bomb can cause immeasurable destruction. In the face of an increased threat of terrorist attacks and therefore increased customer demand for blast-resistant glazing systems, Visionwall engineers have developed windows that provide reliable protection from an exterior explosion.

Visionwall M60 window with blast resistant glazing passed the US Army Corps of Engineers "Blast Mitigation Product Testing Program" level 4psi. A hazard level 2 was assigned to the window which means that the tested product provides very good protection to personnel.

A Visionwall custom designed, blast-resistant, window or curtain wall, is capable of providing a medium to high level of protection per Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) classification.
